if your a vegitarian then you need to eat a larger quantity of food than the normal omnivore. First priority for your diet is to make sure that you get all the ESSENTIAL amino acids that your body NEEDS and you dont get them all in one vegitable like you do in meat, you need to plan your meal according to the amino acids you get from them. you need to do your research on this goto google and type in "vegetarian essential amino acids" or something similar. and examle of a meal that includes them all would be eating 1/2 cup corn, 1/2 beans, and a slice of whole grain bread with peanut butter. Hope this helps. also i recommend a daily multi-vitamin and plenty of water and dairy products.

Normal size meals? I would say it would include a protein source, good carb, veggie and a fruit if you like. Just remember your servings should be no bigger than the size of your clinched fist.

Two dinner rolls, a half-cup of fruit/veggies (you'll want to swich it up) maybe a veggie-product (you know, like a boka burger) for protien...

1/2 cup of cooked rice/pasta/starches (potatos for ex)
1/2 cup cooked beans/lentils/legumes in gral (protein)
3 servings of veggies (1 tomato is a serving for ex)
1 serve of fruit ( 1/2 apple or 12 grapes or 1 nectarine/peach...)
