Question: btw I do all these exercises, but I want to see everyones opinion on which exercises is the best

king of exercises question- squat or deadlift I love these two exercise and I wonder which one do you think builds the most overall muscle and strength


upperbody exercise questions

-chin ups or dips to build a powerful upperbody

-bench press or chest dips

-pull ups or bent over rows for back

okay ignore what the guy said above. Now. Thats a good exercise, but truly the dead lift does more for the over all body than the squats. But doing both is way better than doing one.
Chin ups are good, but sense you can do alot less than dips, i would choose dips, the more lactic acid the more muscle your going to get out of it, including after the acid has built up.

Bench pressing is better, for your enter arms and pecs, but dips give you better tris.

Pull ups.

Truly doing all of them is good, and way better, gets your body more flexable if you can lift the same amount of weight in more than one way.

bro, squat is the man's exercise.... followed by the deadlift then the bench press. but don't neglect any of these
