Well...I was in this position when I was in high school except I was a year younger. I tried out for the dance/drill team at our high school and I made it. They worked us a lot during the summer practices and practicing at home (and it was NOT everyday) and I didn't diet, I just ate healthy, and I lost 35 pounds in two months. I just ate grilled food, lots of fruits and vegetables and stayed active. If your parents go to a gym you can join with them, or take some dance classes, or just walk or take bike rides. The important thing is do it the safe way. I developed an eating disorder afterwards because I was so happy with my results that I wanted to keep losing but I wanted to happen faster. That was not the way!!! But you're still young, so don't worry so much. You can also try seeing a nutrionist or looking up healthy diets and workout tips online. Hope that helps and good luck. Losing weight can be so freaking hard, lol.

And for the stomach...I recommend crunches (not sit ups) and leg lifts... and for the thighs...BIKE RIDES!!! Thanks to my bike rides I always had great legs and thighs, that's why I'm picking it up again this spring. You can also buy a resistance band and look up some resistance exercises that work your thighs.
