AHHHHHHH HELP QUICK AS POSSIBLEE(pic included)?!


Question: Okay well i am about 5"8 140-145 pounds AND 13 YEARS OLD...i feel pretty secure about my self EXCEPT my tummy. its like sticks out and i dont ever wear tight shirts..which most cute shirts are..because it just shows and hangs over my pants .i have a picture of it down below..PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU THINK I AM FAT AND HOW TO HELP MAKE IT FLAT!

you aren't fat. there is no need to think your fat. everyone does think that even if there as skinny as a toothpick. eat very healthy and exercise everday. i do 2 miles and then aerobic workout everyday and you see results by the end of the week. but you are not fat, i gurantee. so dont say you are. also my cousin ate green salad plain for 2 weeks for lunch and dinner plus exercised and she lost alot.

I would just eat healthy. Don't limit yourself too much, just enough so youre not eating too little or too much. Hope this helps!

you're not fat! but if you are insecure about your stomach just do 30 sit ups everyday it will really make a huge difference:]

I don't think it looks very fat, but it's your body, so my oppinion doesn't matter.

If you want to be rid of any fat that you don't want, do excercise every day and make healthier food choices. Instead of drinking soda, drink fruit juice. Instead of eating candy or potatoe chips, eat fruits and veggies. For you tummy area for exercise, try doing situps every day. They are a pain in the butt, but it works.
