Will running help me lose face fat?!

Question: i hate a very rounded out face shape (i'm not sure if it's just my cheeks, but my face overall is big) and i have very small - but full - lips. it gives my face a very childlike appearance, and since i'm already so small, its very annoying when people believe i'm like 10 years old. i know the lips i can't do much about, but i've just taken up running. will it help get rid of some of the fat on my face?

i believe at least some is removable even though my parents also have round faces...i'm hardly active and i don't doubt that i've gained weight on my face instead of my stomach like most people do, since i'm naturally very skinny.

funny thing when i was losing weight i wanted to lose the gut first i ran 5 miles everyday but i lost my weight from my face my doctor told me ur face is usually the first signs u see so just excercise and u will see results soon

any exersize will make you burn fat in your face, seeing as you cannot burn fat in specific areas, if you run you'll burn fat though your entire body...

There is no way to remove fat from a specific place on your body. If your face is naturally round, you would have to have a sickly low body fat to loose face fat. However, as you age, your face will thin out.

Fat deposits in different order for different people. How many hours of sleep do you get? For me, whenever I sleep past 8AM, my face becomes puffy and the fat piles on slowly and doesn't go away. So, as well as running, maybe try different things like sleeping more hours or less. As you grow older (cuz i'm not sure how old you are), the fat in your body will start to accumulate in different places, and hopefully that will even out body/face ratio.
