I'm sorry you are bloated, I hate that feeling. I would suggest watching your salt intake. Sodium hides in all sorts of food (especially fast food and canned foods).

Water tablets are diuretics and they increase the amount of salt and water passed in the urine, 'you'll have to go to the bathroom a lot.' There are several types of diuretic, some of which lead to loss of potassium so doctors often prescribe a potassium supplement with them.

An alternative to water tablets for fluid retention with PMS is to try vitamin and mineral supplements, especially vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine) and vitamin E, gamma-linoleic acid (GLA), and calcium and magnesium. These can be effective in lessening breast tenderness and bloating.

ewwww.......ethan ur a guy!!!! nasty!! but if u r a girl a bath helps!!

The commonest causes of bloating are either fluid retention, digestive problems or food intolerance.
Bloating caused by fluid retention is often hormone related or due to too much salt in the diet. Drinking water and cranberry juice as well as eating potassium rich foods such as bananas, fish and fresh vegetables can help.
Bloating caused by digestive problems may be a result of rushed food which can cause an imbalance with stomach acids and enzymes. Try chewing food thoroughly until it is completely pulped before swallowing. This will allow your food to pass easily into your stomach reducing build up of toxins.
Bloating caused by food intolerance needs to be treated by following an elimination diet. You will need to stick to a basic, bland diet for 3-5 days until all bloating has gone then gradually reintroduce regular foods back into your diet to discover which are causing you a problem.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
