How is my daily diet and excersice plan?!


Question: ~I drink an ensure every morning which is 250 calories.

~I have an hour long gym class right when i get to school burning at least 200 calories.

~At lunch at school i eat about 400 calories.

~I have a 200 calories snack when i get home.

~I usually work out a little bit after school burning about 100 calories.

~For dinner i uaually have 300-500 calories.

(no sugary junk throughout the day)

I weigh 113 lbs and i'm 5'3.

How is this plan? Am i healthy enough?

You are only consuming a max of 1350 calories per day, this seems a very low, especially sense your are active each day. Losing or maintaining weight has less to do with restricting caloric intake, than it does with making sure you get your micronutrient requirements from healthy food, and exercise each day. You should not be starving your body from needed energy and nutrients, if you are exercising your body may need more energy.
