Well if you dont have time for exercise you need to make time. Try to limit your calorie intake to 1200 cals. a day. And if you can atleast 30 mins moderate cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. This will set your motabilism for the day and keep you burning cals longer. Also try taking Alli. Its affordable and it works. Just be careful with what you eat...if your diet is poor, you will pay for it on the throne later. Good Luck!

Make the time, not the excuse. You will be no good to your child if you can't set a good example and end up with diabetes or something to that effect.

hello? shouldnt ue make time? ue nd the commitment to lose weight!!! since you have a child, ue shd take it out for walks by putting it in a pram and walk... so ue kill 2 birds with one stone... ue entertain ur child and ue lose weight! also go on a diet and play more sports :]

well if you go work. you can drop your car off somewere far and walk for about 2miles. but make sure you leave early.
and at night before you go sleep do about 10min exercise
