stretch marks appear when you grow really fast and the skin doesn't have time to spread over the area appropriately. Usually when you lose weight they will go away on their own. To make them less noticeable, self tanner is the #1 recogmendation, and keeping them moisturized because it keeps the skin soft and it will stetch easier. There are specialized creams you can get at a local drug store too that can reduce stretch marks. Good luck, give it time, they will go away on their own, in the meantime, the best exercises for thighs is walking lunges and squats.,...they are easy and you don't need a gym to do them.

Vitamin E oil is supposed to be really good for that.

Two words...

COCO BUTTER!

Something that might help the stretch marks is pure vitamin E oil, just put some on your finger and put it directly on them. As for losing weight, start watching what you eat, and if you have the time, add a bit more exercise into your scedule.
Hope this helps. Good luck

Stretch marks happen when you either gain weight very rapidly- too fast for your skin's natural elasticity to keep up. As long as you aren't still gaining, they won't get worse. You can help make them less noticeable by using cocoa butter (a moisturizer)...they often fade over time, though. Chemical peels, laser therapy and retinoidal medicines are also used to improve the way stretch marks look.

You cannot lose weight in certain areas of the body by themselves. When you diet and exercise, you lose weight from all over simultaneously. Where the new weight loss is most noticeable depends on how much body fat was in the area in the first place, as well as genetics. To lose body fat, you have to take in less calories than you expend each day, either by eating less calories, burning calories by exercising more, or both. There are 3500 calories in 1lb of body fat. Cut this amount from your intake and you will lose 1lb. A healthy weight loss is 1-2lbs per week.

Honestly there is no way you can get rid of the stretch marks that you already have. Once the skin is stretched to the point of stretch marks your skin will not look like it did before them. I have tried the coco butter and the new lotions and things for stretch marks and to they do not work at all. You said you were loosing weight right? well as you begin to loose it you will notice they will start to lighten up almost to the point of not being able to see them but they will always be there.Keep up the good work of loosing the weight and that will prevent you from getting anymore and it will prevent the stretch marks that you already have from becoming worse.Good luck and keep up the good work.
