I want to GAIN weight but stay in shape?!


Question: how can i tone my body without losing weight?

i'm one of those skinny asians that like to eat, but gain no weight whatsoever! when i do gain weight, i get a tummy =/

You can eat healthy. by eating healthy i mean eating no junk food and eating:
whole grains
low fat diary
drinking water
veggies and fuits
lean protein, liek grilled chicken
healthy fats liek olive oil
also do pilates, yoga, and walk alot and do these daily. By the way pilates gives you a REALLY TONED STRONG STOMACH
iam not sure about you not losing weight by following these tips because you will lose some weight but not like a crazy amount

its hard to do, but lifting is hard but its a more intresting way to stay in shap and gain weight, they say muscle weighs more than fat, so there ya go. Its hard to do, :(.
