How can a 13 year old lose fat and gain muscle.?!

Diet and exercise work of course, but remember that puberty in males is a process that can take several years and will naturally make you taller and help your muscle tone.

Hi, If u are trying to loose weight to ask a girl out, then it is not worth it. She should like you whether ur fat or skinny, just saying. But if you really like her, go to the gym. Gym really helps or just watch your diet. Count your calories and try to eat low fat. And if you do have PE at school, take it seriously, it does help a lot even though it may not seem like it. weightlift and diet at the same time and you will see results very fast but, it is hard to keep doing.

crash diet
join karate or boxing or gym
do swiming
but remember
if u want to lose fat
stop your excessive calories
and start taking protien intead of it
u will become muscular
