For a "natural" powder you should definately consider Whey Protein. Its a Bi-product of cheese and is also the best form of Protein known at this stage. For putting on mass you need to get one with a high carb content.

While taking these sort of supplements, you need to make sure you are working hard and having plenty of recovery time. So working out 3 times a week (seperate body parts) and resting between these is essential.

Whey Protein will not put muscle on to you, however the high calorie content will add to the calories you need to add mass. Also the Protein aids in recovery.

As for the guy who says creatine will make your organs crystalize. Take no notice, this is a typical response to supplementation by someone who really doesnt know what they are talking about.

Creatine is a fantastic supplement that increases the ATP (muscle energy) resynthesis, so you will be able to lift more for longer before reaching momentary muscular failure. I've studied Creatine as part of university assignments, and from the Scientific Journals I have read, it appears safe. There are claims it can affect your renal system, however even the authors of these "peer reviewed" journals have put this theory aside due to lack of evidence. I'd leave it up to you to decide wether you take it.

A lot of information, but hope it helps.

i dont knowbut dont take to much creatine because your organs will crystalize and you will die.

it's called createin (i think that's the spelling). It speeds up your healing like 1,000 times. Just work out till you can bearly move, take like 10-20mgs and you'll be right by the next day pretty much.

My person view is it's unfair, and only wanker eddies boys use it to supplement their rugby teams.
