I need to lose 15lbs in 2 weeks...?!

Question: I quit drinking alcohol. I am going to cut back on the size of my meals (not eating until i am stuffed), of course eat healthier and take vitamins, and try to get exercise in. I am 5'9" and weigh right under 145lbs. What else can I do to reach my goal? I bought clenbuterol and am considering taking that while dieting..do you think my goal in unrealistic?

Fantastic, you will see that when you quit drinking alcohol over a two month period, that alone you would see weight loss. I love 2 things that I do. One is P90X dvd home boot camp workout from Beach Body. The other is a motivational fitness package from Independent Achievement Productions. I hear you on getting satisfied on less, in fact in the package I listen to the satisfied on half portions. And it's weird, but I really am getting full when I see half the food on my plate. I use the motivational downloads and cds when I go to sleep.

Yes, your goal is unrealistic.
If you are a female you are at your ideal body weight (if you are male you are below) so why are you trying to lose 15 pounds? Let alone in 2 weeks? It's not going to happen.
Relax and keep up your good habits, like avoiding alcohol and eating healthier and not eating until you are stuffed!

Why?! You know, it's people like you who make overweight/obese people suicidal! You are 5'9, and 145 lbs, you are NOT fat, there is absolutely NO reason for you to lose 15 pounds!! Especially considering I'm 5'1 and should weigh 135! Get some therapy if you think you need to lose weight! That is my advice; THERAPY!!

Sounds like a good plan but your weight doesn't sound bad.
