Question: I dont know the exact number of my weight but its about 200 and im 5'3 how bad is that and how much do you think i should weigh?? Be honest but not mean

I am so not trying to be mean. But if you are 5'3 and weigh about 200, you are most likely considered overweight. The thing is that today, you are not just based on ht & wt, there are other factors taken into consideration. Maybe you've heard of this one - pinch your stomach and if you have less than an inch you are ok. Another thought here, muscle weighs more than fat, so it is possible that you are very muscular and have very little fat on your body. So, I personally, don't think I can really tell you how much you should weigh - I think if I had to try to guess, I'd say not more than 135 - but who am I? Check with a health care professional and get yourself evaluated. One last little thought here - do you know that some so called "skinny" people can actually be overweight? True fact - ask your doc.

It just depends on your build. I am 5'7, 150 lbs. and my friend is 5'8 130ish, and I'm told i don't "look" it. If you feel your pretty solid, seeing as how muscle weighs more than fat, then I'd say your fine.

It dosn''t matter what outhers think just rember that. If you want to lose weight than just diet and excersize. i went about it all the wrong ways I was/ am belimic it just tears you up inside. It is hard for me to stop becausy i realy want to lose weight but it has affected me in unexpected ways. It sux!!!!!
