Any activity is better then none at all. Did you know that you burn calories just by breathing? Or that you burn more calories getting a good nights sleep than sitting in front of the TV?

1. Drink plenty of purified bottled water
2. Don't eat junk food or fast food
3. Lot's of whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables
4. Use organic sea salt instead of regular processed table salt, studies show it's better for you and causes you to lose weight
5. Eat whole grain products, like oatmeal, cheerios, multigrain bread, and Kashi products
6. Don't eat ANYTHING after 8 p.M. and no midnight snacks
7. Don;t skip breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day
8. Instead of stuffing your self like a pig, and wolfing down your food, (especially at night), eat several smaller healthy meals and snacks during the entire course of the day up until about 6 or 7 pm
9. After dinner, go for a walk around the block a few times, ride a bike, walk the dog, and remember to BREATHE deeply. The motion will get the blood pumping and the heart rate up, and release natural endorphins, and burn calories. Breathing deeply also burns calories.
10. Go dancing - there is a reason why you don't see too many Fat Dancers, cuz it's a great way to burn calories and stay heart healthy fit and trim, and it's fun. Salsa, Disco, and break-dancing seem to be the best for this.
Hope these tips help you.

You're still so young. Go outside with your friends! Next time you're tempted to watch TV take your dog for a walk.

Hi

Congratulations first of all for recognizing your problem at such a young age.

Honestly, if it's at all possible, just go out and play, run around, climb stuff, but avoid that tv and game consoles if you can. (not saying you play game consoles)

The fact is, although you are not fat now, if you don't get off the couch now, you will pay for it later.

Now go out and play.

Good luck.
