Is This A Good Daily Workout?!

Question: I do this once everyday:

20 jumping jacks
20 push-ups
20 jumping jacks
20 crunches
20 jumping jacks
20 tricep dips
20 jumping jacks
20 squats
20 jumping jacks
20 lunges
20 jumping jacks
20 crunches
50 jumping jacks

I'm 20 years old, 5'1, and weigh around 130-135 pounds. I'm trying to lose some weight, maybe get around 115 pounds. I have started to each mostly veggies and fruits all day, plus this workout.

Do you think this workout will help me in losing weight?

yeah that seems good, but it seems like you can get it done pretty quickly... if you really want to lose weight you should work out continuously for about 30min to an hour a day and eat right... It sounds like you are eating right, so just make sure your workouts last long enough and are intense enough... Good luck =)

sounds good to me!!! good luck!!!

I'd say this is good. Try to time your workouts to last between 20 and 30 mins. If you keep your heart rate up that long then you will be doing good.

Of course it does. Click the link to see how your healthy living can really help you.

I doubt it. I dont think you will be doing the pushups/dips correctly, and you should just focus on cardio. Do jumproping (not the school yard kind, but the speed roping kind) and jog. It will work much faster.

If your only going to do that for 1 month you'll get bored.. It will help you burn fat and tone up but you can't live off that plan for the duration of your weightloss.

idk....you probably want to go for long jogs as well. and drink more water. cut out soda. it really depends if you keep this up every day. yoga is supposed to be very good for you as well

Just veggies and fruits? Thats an entirely carb diet! Throw more protein in there. A lot more!

It's not a terrible workout, it will definitely do the job of keeping your heart rate up, which will burn fat. But jumping jacks are hard on your knees. I recommend 30-60 minutes of running, biking, are an eliptical machine. And at least 3 days a week of resistance training.
