I need helpp!!! please!?!


Question: I need to get back in shape!!!!!!
I have been out of sports for like 2 months and I am going to field hockey camp in July (5 months) so I was wondering when I should start condtitioning and stuff and what should my daily schedule be? ( for getting in shape ) thanks!<3 oh and its a pretty intense....sleepover and like 3 training sessions a day so =0

do:
-cardio each day, its anything that gets your heart pumpin
- maybe do exercises with the music on, to kill some time!
- run!! run!! run!!
- 8 minute abs

YOU don't Have to do all of these, pick the areas you want to tone!

eat:
- 5-6 small, HEALTHY meals a day
- no more soda, LOTS of water, 8-10 glasses
- fruits, veggies, meat products
- no more candy,
