She is a fine weight. Remember, she is growing. Often times kids will get wider and then stretch out (lengthwise). You can't stay the same 80 pounds your entire life or you would grow up to be a skeleton. She is a little girl, she doesn't need to be worrying about her weight right now, anyway. It is good for you to be concerned but trust me, she is far from being overweight, especially for a kid. The best thing you can do for her is be her sister. Personally I think the longer before she has to start dealing with that drama the better.

couldnt tell you...is your sister really you??? i would say she was because teenage girls weigh 110...but honestly dont know...if she is happy does it matter? she has a lot more growing to do...

No. She's a fine weight.

well if she is slightly overweight but she should way around 125 by the time shes 18 or through puberty.

You just need to figure out her BMI

nope she is in the healthy range according to her bmi. shes still developing, so im pretty sure theres nothing to worry about. try to get her to be more active. that way, shell be healthy.

well, she not overweight. She should is supposed to weigh like 105 pounds, I think. I have heard from lots of places that your supposed to weigh a hundred pounds for the first 5 feet, and then 5 pounds for every inch after that. Hope I could Help. :]

encourage her positivily, DO NOT TELL HER SHE IS FAT. Encourage her by doing fun physical things with her. For example window shopping in the mall, swimming, sports and so much more

I wouldn't worry about it much. As of right now, no she isnt overweight. At 5'1" with a medium frame shes about average. And besides, shes only about 12 years old she still has to grow into her body. The only time to really start making desicions if shes overweight or not is about age 20, which by then she'll prolly be the one doing the worrying about that.

At 5'1 her ideal weight would be 105 lbs for a medium frame so 110 lbs is OK and she is NOT overweight.
