How do i get rid of lovehandles fast??!


Question: i have a very small waist, and huge hips. the fat on my hips keeps growing, and i cant even wear tight t-shirts anymore. i look unportionate. ive tried working out, its just been a big dissapointment!

All my fat goes to my lovehandles. It drives my insane. The only thing we can do is cut calories, cut out the junk foods, and get some excercise.

If you weigh 150, cut your calories to 1000 per day and make sure they're "clean" (adjust the math to fit your situation). It will be tough, but in a couple weeks you'll see the results. Stick with it.

ADDED: Ouch!!!! Pizza won't make it easy... good luck.
