Get a BUDDY and WALK!!!!!
You can solve all the problems of the world, plus a lot of your own, and get a really good over all body workout in 45 minutes to an hour 5 days a week.
The BUDDY is the secret to making this work. You won't do it by yourself...it's no fun! The person you walk with has to be even more motivated than you to get in better shape and loose some weight. By doing this simple and fun thing everyday, you will notice your muscles be a little stiff (that's a good thing!)
and your Levi's will fit better!!! It will only take 2 weeks and with a little portion smalling down (?)
of your food...you will see results!!! Just try it for 2 weeks??
I walk every day and I love it...I really look forward to the social aspect of the whole thing. It keeps me in good shape..I'll think about you when I walk!! Let me know how it goes. ?

There is no exercise that will magically make you fit, you have to have a good balance of diet and exercise in order to see results. There is NO magic cure to body fat.

becoming fit takes time.. and its supposed to. The longer it takes to put off the weight the longer it stays off.. it's best to adapt a life style of your diet, meaning not to become a complete health freak both with eating and working out because you will over do it and begin to hate it. It's best to start slow and do only what you can and eat as healthy as you can, still allowing for some treats,etc. along the way. That way you dont starve for something and end up cheating on ur diet and going crazy with food cuz you havent had it in days.

as for the work out plan its self. It's important to build muscle (muscle burns more calories than fat) meaning even if your sitting in a chair if you have more muscle you'll burn more calories than the same person with more fat. So LIFTING IS IMPORTANT!!! you dont have to go to the gym you can find things to lift around the house, push ups, pull ups, climbing stairs, etc. Also, in order to burn the fat its important to get some cardio in your schedule as well. Even if its a little its better than nothing...

before long you'll be feeling healthier, happier, and more proud of your apperance.
