What should i eat when i am working out a lot?!


Question: i am a very active teen who wants to loose some weight. i play soccer 3 times a week and go to the gym the other days, but i am still overweight and hope to loose fat in my stomach and thighs, i am about 145 lbs, 13 years old. Can someone please tell me what they ate for breakfast lunch and dinner that has helped them loose weight along with excersizing. please be specific!

I eat about 1 cup of salad consisting of romaine lettuce carrot shreds and avacado and also alfalfa sprouts . and then a rice cake with hummus on the side . this is for lunch . for breakfast I have a slim fast shake . dinner i usually get 2oz of lean meat , 1/2 baked potatoe and then 1/2 c of vegtables . that is my daily diet . I have also lost 16 lbs in 2 months . I hope this helps .
