Is it possible to lose 60 lbs. in 3 months?!

Question: Hello,
I was wondering if it was in any way possible to lose 60 lbs. in 3 and a half months (by June 14th to be exact). And I say ANY means. Diet, exercise, pills anything that worked for you. i really need to do this! and im ready to take on the challenge.

I would have to lose half a pound every day for 111 days (3 and a half months). Do u think this is possible? i weigh 218 right now, maybe a couple lbs less. I plan on eating less and exercising but i need a booster, ANYTHING!!!!!

PLease give me ideas!! I will even post pics when im done :D

It will take a lot of heart and determination. If your willing to, I'm sure it'll be possible to lose 30-40 pounds 3 months. What it takes it proper diet and exercise. Make sure your eating healthier than you were before, that means no soda and no fast food. Eat plenty of greens, whole grains and lean meat.

You should exercise daily on your on level but should push yourself to build endurance. I recommend walking for 20-30 minutes as a warm up, stretch then hit the treadmill for a good 1 hour at moderate speed. You can do this outside as well. Also hit the sauna/steam room, 3 times a week for about 20-30 minutes. And always drink plenty of fluids, water especially!! Good luck. :D

if you really work at it the pounds will fly off =) quite literally.
but you HAVE to stick to eating healthily and keep motivated in your exercise try to go walking for 45 minutes 4 times a week and do a few stretches in the morning etc. =)
good luck!

Eat good foods, maybe that weight loss thing where for two weeks you get free weight loss food, exercise, about 45 mins. a day, and stretch every morning :)
Hope you accomplish your goal!

If you are really really serious about losing weight ... then you can most defiantly lose the 60 pounds .. and the way you do it is water fasting. Oh and needless to say exercise

your in the same situation as me i hope to lose 20 lbs as fast as possible firstly,EXERCISE IS KEY do as much exercise that YOU can handle. try and join some clubs and ask your friends to do it with u, its always more enjoyable when ur not on ur own.
secondly, lay off chocolate, cakes, and any other fatty food also if u like a drink, don't drink no matter what your cravings are, lay off the alcohol or at least until you've lost most of your target weight loss.
thirdly stay happy don't feel down. by eating healthier and doing more exercise it will make u feel better inside. only weigh your self once a week then u will know how much you've lost in a week instead of slowy loosing it. HOPE THIS HELPS =]

People on the Biggest Loser lose that much, if not more, in 3 months...however, they are working out 5-6 hours per day and really watching their diet. I'd say it can be done if you are super dedicated, but realistically 30-40 lbs is more attainable.

u can loose 20 pounds in 3 months

Sounds unbelievable? But it is true. You can lose 20 pounds in three months without resorting to synthetic drugs.

Losing weight is not easy. Besides, obese people have to face social ridicule. This can lower their self-esteem, leading to avoiding social interactions. As a result, they stand to lose their good friends.

But adopting these steps can help overweight people lose 20 pounds within 3 months. They can lead a normal life, thus avoiding social embarrassment..............
