Well all the basics
Eat all food groups grains, fruits,meat, veggies
only in portions of course
have a lot of fiber in your diet too
do some quick stretches and some full body exercises
most important thing to start your day is breakfast.
Don't too much junk food or sweets replace them with a healthier choice for your body.
Don't eat after 9 pm at night because if you eat around that time and go to sleep you will retain a lot of fat. It's ok to go to sleep a little hungry.

so pretty much that's it, just watch what you eat.

go for a run every day and dont eat anything other then breakfast lunch and dinner stop the snacking
