Lunch ideas for the time poor.?!

Question: My partner is in enginerring and works between two offices. One office in the morning, then walks two blocks to another building to his second office.

His lunchbox normally has:
Tuna and salad sandwich
Banana
Yogurt
Cashews
Cracker and dip packaged snack
Milo bar.

Basically he wants to get rid of the packaged crap, as he is sick of buying the same thing and feels no nutritional value.

It is also quite time consuming to cut up more things for his lunch as he leaves for work at 5:30am.

What sort of healthy lunch box items can he buy that is convenient but healthy?

Maybe cook in bulk on weekend and bring leftovers. Apple and Adams all natural crunchy peanut butter is one of favorites.Instead of crackers he can eat raisins and cheese. Really he has to get what he likes and is healthy. If it where me I would probably bring hearty salads like bean salads and stuff or leftover soups and chilis. Also I like apples and peanut buter. Mybe oatmeal and raisins but I eat that fro breakfast so. I dont really know.Maybe some boiled eggs and sea salt.Maybe he can also whip up a big batch of protein shakes and bring in a serving instead of milo bar. What about snacking on dried fruits. Kirkland's fruit nut medley from costco is the bomb diggity.Don't get wimpy salads as they leave you hungry. Salads should have beans greens eggs cheese oranges and seeds and all sorts of stuff. Its good he wants to get rid of packaged. Maybe you can persuade to ear all natural, no white lfour or cornsyrup or processed anything. All natural ,no man made.Reall its up to you and him.

Beef stew/crackers

Mu husband works nights and I work days so to make sure he's eating good food I cook up casseroles and pasta or mash (his fav) once a week (on a sunday usually) and freeze it in microwavable tupperware and he takes it to work and re-heats it there.. I often take some for lunches too as a nice hearty meal and then have a lighter dinner..

If he's got a microwave handy which most places would, why not try that??

salads.
fruit.
lots of water.
he has basically got everything there to be honest!

what food by home made..... its will be chipper and switable or you and healthy for your health
