13 year old fitness????!


Question: I just started High School. And I felt absolutely dwarfed by the other kids in the swimming carnival and cross country. (I lost)
Anyway I weigh 51 kilograms, am around 160cm tall, and would like to get in shape. I do 10 pushups every morning and night, but I think theres a better way to get in shape. PS I'm not much of dieter. PPS I play tennis. HELP!!

10 push ups? You joking? 10 push ups is nothing.

Just carry on with the tennis, and maybe join another sports club, and if you want to bulk up, use some weights and do push ups, but in larger quantities (and give your muscles a few days off a week!)

10 ppush each day and night isnt enough ur not gonna get much result from that
instead try visiting ur schools weight room work out there with a coach talk to him and ask him to set up a workout for you
tennis is great cardio keep that up
