Question: Help me!!!!!!! I am size 6, and I really want tips on to be size 0. I don't want people saying that size 6 is skinny, because to be it isn't. Any tips how I can get rid of the weight, but not become grouchy???

darling, you are not fat, at all. I am sure you are beautiful, fit, and very nice girl. Please don't feel bad for being a size six. Losing weight is great, but don't strive to be something you can't. I know this isn't really what you asked for, bt this is the best advice you can get.

if you think your fat then you need serious help. Maybe you just need to get up and exercise. That's really the only way your gonna lose weight.

I don't think giving tips to someone who is already really skinny on how to lose weight is such a good idea. If you wanna be anorexic, whatever, but don't expect people to help you down that path. Anorexia is not good for you and you should really reconsider losing weight. You are not fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I certainly have no clue what a size 6 is, but if you feel you need to burn some fat, this is what you need to do:

Avoid fats as much as possible as well as simple carbs (sugars). Proteins will almost never be converted to fat, and complex carbs (breads and veggies) can be converted to fat if you are inactive and have a slow metabolism. Put yourself on a high protein diet. Eat at least 5 small, high protein meals a day.

Do cardio first thing in the morning for about 30 minutes to an hour. Do it before you eat, or you lose the benefit of cardio in the morning. The reason is, before you eat, your muscles have very little glycogen, which must be burned before you begin to burn your fat stores. For this reason, cardio is up to 300% more effective in the morning.

eat healthier and exercice more often

A size 6 is different depending on your body/type-height. But going from a size 6 to a size 0 is a big difference. If you loose weight in a healthy way, thats fine but be careful. The advice I would give you is to drink lots of water (don't drink soda) eat more veggies and fruit. Stay away from anything fried, or has lots of sugar and just exercise 30 minutes, 3-5 times a week. I can't promise you, you'll be a size 0 but don't try to loose weight in an un-healthy way. Keep your diet simple and healthy.

Well girl wheather you want me to or not size 6 is skinny try being a size 12 and then ask me if size 6 isn't skinny. You need to seek some professional help to show you that size 0 is aneroxic and you need to be happy with where you are now.
