Health and Food help?!


Question: I just started working out every day and my stomch too. I do about 100 ab reps every day. How long will it be before I get a six pack and can you please give and food habbits that will help me out. I am 15 years old. And do you girls think that a six pack is hot (only girls answer not guys).

ab work will tone your abs, but if there's fat covering them you still won't have a six pack...so you have to do aerobic stuff...swimming ia great, rowing, running etc. to burn the fat. sit ups, crunches, hanging leg raises will tone your abs in 3-6 months. abs, unlike most other muscles can be worked every day
