What can i eat at night that won't make me fat?!


Question: i can't sleep without eating and thats how I get fat by eating then going to sleep. Is there any food that would make me go to sleep that is not that much calories of fat.

I recommend an apple and a glass of water. That should stop your hunger before you go to sleep.

Drink lotus seed tea =) No calories, no fat, calms u down for sleep. Very healthy. If you HAVE to eat something, eat a low fat rice cake (50 cals) or some veggie snacks without dressing. Trust me, doesnt matter what time of day you eat, what matters is HOW MUCH you eat in a day. I eat ice cream late at nite a lot but never gained weight from it. Just have to watch what I eat the rest of the day.

I usually eat butterless popcorn or popcorn with light butter.

Fruits and veggies. They are good for you and help you digest your food into the night. Try eating some grapes and a orange. Or eat a handful of cherry tomatoes...

Special K chocolate cereal! haha did you see the commercial for that? the person wants to sneak off late night and eat something but then turns to her special k......looks good and is healthy

It doesnt matter what time you eat at night, just the amount of calories that the food contains. I would recomend eating something light like a fruit or vegetable. Also, try drinking a glass of milk before going to bed.
