Whats a decent Bench Press? Free points for the best!?!

Question: For my height n weight. 190, 6'2", wanna work on it, I'm looking forward for a goal. My current is only 135 when doing power sets (45 seconds each 2-3 times in a intense mood) and my max is 160 or so. Is this decent? and what can I do besides benching to make it better?

i am 6 foot 1 205 pounds and i bench 315
i think you should be doing 225- 250 by the summer if you stay at it
each week on bench i change my sets
week 1: 1x10, 1x8, 1x6
week 2: 5x5
week 3: 3x3
week 4: 1x5, 1x3, 1x1
repeat
to help your bech do some of these exercises:
dumbbell rows 3x10, dips3sets to failure,
3x10incline bench press

start off doing that bench workout twice a week, on monday and friday

135 is great for just starting out, a solid bench for a person who has been training for a while and is your size is anywhere from 180 up to probably around 230. Here are a few workouts to help increase your bench-
-Incline press
-Decline Press
-Cable Cross Pull
-Dumbell press

keep doing these lifts and your pecs will gain alot of strength. also be sure that you are consuming a high protein diet so that you can build muscle

hope i helped and
good luck!
