Is bowling healthy?!

not really because all you do is throw a ball

well first of all its better than sitting all day watching tv(america) so yea its healthy....

any kind of activity is good but bowling wouldn't be so healthy if you play it all the time. you are working one side of the arm that you use to play. that will cause unbalanced work out if you wanna call bowling a workout

however,playing it as a hobby is not bad! as long as you don't play it for like 3 hours straight every single day

sure, good 4 ur arms, i think, and also trains u not 2 get upset over losing.
