Answers: but both weeks i was sticking to the exact same diet and exercise !!!

fat is less mass, than musles is.
you probley gian muscels and lost fat to replace it, nothing to worry about.go flex in the bath room.

monthly cycle coming up?

Ok
I drop calories as the weeks go by and increase excercise.

Talk to a Dr. to see what he suggests for you

It all depends on what day and what time of day you weigh yourself. Fluctuations of 3-5 pounds for water, from one day to the next, are totally normal. Also, if you're building muscle mass, a small weight gain's not unusual.

whats ur question and i have lost 15 pounds in 7 days without diet

Muscle ways more than fat. So you could have lost some fat, and then your muscles grew.

Muscle over fat!

woah nelly. first of all, that's really good, assuming your doing it in a healthy way. you know, not starving yourself and all.

second, your body doesn't always react to dieting and exercising the same way.

i went on a very extreme diet and stuck to it and even while i was doing it, i stayed the same weight for a while but then in about a week and a half, i started loosing weight again. it's just how your body is handling the new lifestyle...

chillll

your menstral cycle can influence your weight in a very noticable way. besides everyones weight will fluxuate from week to week and perhaps over a period of 5 weeks you will really notice the difference if you have actually lost any body fat.

Either water or muscle gain, most likely.

muscle ways more hun

you cant lose 4lbs of fat in a week, it was most likely to be water. when you go on a diet your body looses a lot of water befor it can start losing the fat reserves.

You may be gaining muscle in place of fat, which weighs more. Also, if you're weighing yourself at different times of day, you may have more water retention/bloating at whatever the second time was. Try to weigh yourself at exactly the same time each day with exactly the same clothing (or lack thereof!).

This type of thing can happen- especially at the beginning of a new program. It could be several things- muscle building, metabolism, bloating (your period), etc. The key thing is to keep going, but realize that you may need to adjust. Questions to consider:

Are you eating enough to support your exercise regime? If not, it can seriously slow down your metabolism.

Are you combining weights with cardio? That will help you lose weight long-term, but may cause a plateau or weight gain short-term (due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat).

Good luck!

Tell me about it! It's totally impossible to understand. It happens to me all the time, for instance I was feeling great because I lost 3 lbs in just a couple days and then I put 3 1/2 pounds back on overnight and I was doing and eating the EXACT SAME thing!!!!! I can't explain it and I think it has to do with your body, metabolism etc. I think that is exactly what causes most people to give up and abandon their weight loss regimen. It's like 'heck it's just not worth it'.

I don't know what happened, but it could just be the time you weigh yourself. Make sure you always weigh yourself at the same time and in the same conditions. Your true weight is usually found if you weigh yourself (naked) right when you wake up, but after you pee. Don't eat or drink anything before this time.
