Weight loss issues?!

Question: Since I was about 12 I have struggled with eating issues. Sometimes, I restrict my caloric intake to lose weight and other times I binge eat and purge. As a result of this, my weight has yo-yo'd a lot. I'm now 23, and I have been binge eating for a while, although I have resisted the urge to purge. Now I feel gross and fat, and I'm started to restrict calories again. For the past couple weeks, Ive only been eating a max of maybe 500 calories per day. I've been losing some weight, but I do realize this isn't healthy, and I really want to stop this pattern of behavior. My question is about healthy approaches to losing weight. I really don't JUST want to lose weight, I want to be healthier. Please don't just say "exercise and eat right" because that is so vague. I need a plan to stick with. Can anyone give me some good examples of how to eat right? Or maybe some experiences with Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig? I just need to try something new here, and don't know how.

I know that right now I am trying to lose a little bit of weight myself...one thing you can do is eat what you want within reason and then exercise more than you normally would, this will cause you to slowly lose weight, cutting down your calories drastically causes your metabolism to slow down and you body to go into survival mode...A good thing to do it to eat more fruits and vegetables along with lean protein like chicken or lean beef or fish, it is also good to eat things with a lot of fiber since this keeps you fuller, longer. You can then exercise on top of this to speed up the weight loss. Do not deprive yourself of what you love. You can get what you like in 100 calorie packs or just eat it in moderation...you cannot cut everything out...whatever choice you make needs to become a lifestyle, it will work but once you stop the weight will come back...if you try a system and you go back to your old ways seek some professional health because an eating disorder is a serious issue and should not be taken lightly. Your health is most important and try to tell yourself that you are beautiful no matter what! Good Luck!

I used to have a fat stomach and unwanted weight until I found this site. It is a great program that helped me lose the fat I had. It tells you exactly what to do and what may be the real cause of your weight issues.
Take a look and see if it will help you.

Im a single mom, so i dont have time for working out, so a couple weeks ago i was watching an Oprah Winfrey rerun ,and Beyonce' said she used this diet to loose weight for the movie Dreamgirls. so i looked up the site and there she was on the front page taking about it, i 've been on it 5 days and i have lost 8lbs so far (with no excercise). so when in doubt you should do what the smart stars do..hope this helps.http://themastercleansesecrets.com
