Wow, you must have a alot of time on your hands. But I think it is good, not too strenuous. As far as being 5'8'' and 145, that is not too much at all. I am 5'8'' as well, and I asked my dostor the lowest someone my height should be. She told me no lower than 140. So really you are at a pretty good weight. But if you feel you are still heavier than you would like to be, I suggest just building muscle rather than losing weight. Muscle can distribute fat more evenly or not as much if you have good muscle tone. I'm trying ot lose weight right now, and I'm about 160. So right now I'd kill to be your weight. Which I have a question for you now, lol. If you could tell me what kind of diet you have as far as eating, that would help me out alot. I'm at loss of what kind of food to eat, cause it all seems to make me not lose weight. So if you could then thanks!

ps--i have been working on losing weight since last july and have only lost about 15, 20 lbs. So really it can take a long time unless you crash diet.

I think what you're doing is really good. Maybe the problem is that you're weighing yourself too much, you might just be burning off the fat and slowly growing muscle, which is why there isn't much of a difference.
It took me a long time to realize that my calves weren't getting any smaller is because it turned to muscle after running everyday for an hour and a half after 5 months. Just wait it out, if you don't notice anything, maybe you should cut down on soda or fast food to help speed the process.

Good luck.

I think this is doing an awful lot of exercising for only one week. If you can handle the schedule I guess you could handle it if you wanted to. As long as you're drinking at least 8 full 8 oz. glasses of water a day, and eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables a day its good. If you're trying to lose more weight you should stop eating meat, and stick with only fish, and cut down on bread, possibly cutting it out altogether. Cut out all sugar and sweets. Only drink skim milk, don't drink any soda at all, and watch the portion sizes that you're eating. You also should stay away from any foods with oils in them, high fructose corn syrup, and other ingredients that aren't any good for you. My sister told me about all this stuff, and I've lost around 9 pounds so far. She started me on a cleansing program through Sunrider products, and it really helps. I've known through all the dieting that I've done over the years, that if you don't exercise at all you definitely won't see any results. With all these exercises that you're doing every day, you might end up gaining a few pounds, but then you'll also get some muscle, and lose the fat. Good luck.
