You won't be eating day and night becuase you'll come home from work and still need to have your 8 hours sleep, just flip it on it's head!

I used to do nights at the police, you'll find you're more tired just because it's not natural to be asleep all day and awake all night. Try to stick to nice healthy meals, and you'll be fine!!! (I actually lost loads of weight!)

Best of luck

I normally start from the left and eat towards the right.

Eat when you are hungry, not when the clock tells you to

youll get used to it

I leave the house at 9pm to start at 10. I have my dinner with my family at 7pm. At around 2-3am I have a sandwich lunch at work. when I get home at 9am sometimes I have brekky depends, toast or eggs. I go to bed at 10ish and sleep till 4ish I have a light snack when I get up, fruit usually.

my partner works shifts when hes on nights he eats his "lunch" at work about 2am has a bowl of cereal when he gets home at 7 and eats tea with us between 5 & 6 he doesn't eat more in fact probably less than he does on other shifts.

I have lunch around 2am usually, and usually I find myself eating lighter than usual because even though its not the middle of the night for you, it usually doesn't feel like I can eat a big hearty meal.

I try to avoid eating right when I get home, since I'm usually going to sleep. I'll have a snack when I get home (usually about 7:30am) and then I'll go to sleep around 8am. I usually wake up mid afternoon and have a dinner type meal around 5pmish and then sometimes a snack right before I go into work.

It depends on whether you sleep when you get home or before you go into work though. The only thing I try to avoid is eating right before I go to sleep whether that is in the morning when I get out of work or afternoon if I have errands to run in the morning.

*Also, since I started working night shift I tend to eat less, I don't know if that is true for everybody but I get less sleep and tend to eat less just because I think my body is never quite sure what it wants.

My brother used to eat dinner when he got up (around 6/7 pm), then go to work, have sandwiches in the middle of the night, then have some toast, cereal or another sandwich before going to bed at 9am.

I was actually slimmer when I worked nights. I got up at 10 to be there at 11. I ate my meal at around 1-2am, and maybe a light snack around 5. Off at 7, home to take daughter to school. Back home, in the tub, eat a light "breakfast" and to sleep til time to pick up my daughter. When I fixed dinner for her, I would eat also (around 5-6pm), then to bed at 8 to catch a nap til 10. I ate smaller, more frequent meals, which is one of the keys to loosing weight!!!
