I have a few questions about dieting and exercising...?!

Question: This is my lifestyle:

Monday-Friday:
Wake up at 6:30 to get ready for school
Get to school around 7:45/8
In school from 8:20 to 4
Dance from 6-9 (THIS IS ONLY ON WED.)
Run for 30 min. (THIS IS ONLY ON TUES. & THURS.)

Saturday:
Wake up around ten and get ready for dance
Get to dance around 11am
Dance from 11am-5pm
I have lunch break from 2:00-2:30 and we have water/snack breaks every once in a while throughout the day

SUNDAY-
Wake up whenever
Do pretty much nothing
Run for 30 min.
Dance from 7-8

Now here are my questions:
1. Everyone says I should eat 5 small meals a day, so what time should I eat each meal/snack?
2. Should I run longer? Because I'm not losing any weight. (Due to food probably, but I'm fixing that)
3. I'm thinking about running in the mornings for 20 min. Would that help in the losing weight and such?
4. Should I do other exercises besides dancing and running? If so, what?
5. Any more tips?

(I want to lose weight in my stomach area)

My advice:
1) During the week: Eat healthy cereal & fruit before school. Eat something quick and easy between classes (sometime between 10 and 11) - handful of grapes, lowfat string cheese, or whole wheat crackers. Eat a lunch of whole wheat 1/2 sandwhich (or 1/2 whole wheat pita), raw veggies, fruit, yogurt. Another snack (grapes, string cheese, whatever) either before your last class or on your way home from school. Eat sensible dinner at whatever time you eat dinner. STOP eating after that - if you get the munchies, sip some tea or something.
2. I think you are getting sufficient exercise - exercising more will make you more hungry (obviously). Try modifying your diet first for a while, and then if that doesn't work, THEN try upping your running. Too confusing and way too hard to try to eat healthier (and less) if you start exercising more.
3. As I said above, I would put off the extra exercise at the moment.
4. If you decide to incorporate more exercise, you can always try swimming or biking.
5. I'm all about portion control - I attempt to eat as healthy as I can, but I don't deprive myself of the bad (but good-tasting) stuff if I really want it. I just try to eat it slowly, enjoy the taste, and then stop right before I'm full. Try to stop eating when you've hit a 7 (out of 10) on a hunger scale. If you're feeling lethargic during exercising (because you're changing your food habits and maybe didn't eat enough), increase your food intake, but concentrate on adding more veggies and protein.

Good luck! :)

Eat when you are hungry.
If you have the time, run longer. It WILL increase your calorie burning.
If you run in the mornings, your matabolism will increase all through the day, so you will burn more calories. But make sure you get enough sleep.
Running and dancing is enough.

Could you help me now?
