Well, I haven't seen you personally.

But, assuming you don't have much body fat and even if you do have above average body fat. It's very possible to get abs in 6 weeks or less -- that is if you do it the right way.

- The first step is always what you eat. You can drastically lower your body fat just by cutting out or reducing things like sugary drinks (e.g soda), and processed foods (anything that comes out of a box basically).

-In order to lose fat, you have to build muscle by strength training. And, if you strength train the right way. You'll be getting cardio and working your abs at the same time.

Well, to get abs to show, its mainly just burning off all the fat from your stomach region. In order to do that, you will need to get a good diet and do a lot of exercising.

Instead of just doing situps and crunches, do lots of running and cardio exercises. Spot treatment doesn't work for fat, just doing crunches and situps wont cut it.

Yes you can do it , though it's not that easy.
You need something like 10 % of fast in order to have visible six pack abs.
You can achieve that by having a hour on the treadmill , speed 15 and than hour on elliptical (whatever level you want)
Try to combine with it some crunches if you want to have some real muscular abs.

12 different exercises are included in the video I sent to you. You should do this for the full 8 minutes. That is a good workout to start with. Work out every other day. I've been doing this the past month or so, now I do each exercise for 1 full minute each, and I do it 2 times. 1 or 2 minute break between.

Other than that, do lots of cardio. Running, bicycling, swimming, etc. will help you lose weight everywhere, and you will get a nice flatter stomach and thinner body all around.

You need to remember, working out doesn't necessarily give you a flat stomach, you need to do the cardio. Working out will give you a nice muscular build.

Stick to it, and you will be looking great!
