Starvation diet 14y/o?!


Question: hy all this will sound drastic but ive recently started a starving diet an am on the 3rd day with 0 calorie intake each day i know the side effects and so on i heard it devours you muscle well if i were to keep up my weights each day and my average sit ups would that prevent this plus i know you will doubt me for going on a starvation at the age of 14 but it is seriously needed so overall if i do my weights will i keep my muscle and lose my fat and incase anyone sais your fat remains how come those in poor countrys with no food are all skin and bone there for you do lose fat right?

you realize that is a disease called anorexia- not a diet. if you continue to do so when you do eat your metabolism will be so screwed up you will gain tons of weight from eating like a piece of celery( that may be a slight exageration)
Ps- i became bulemic 14 years ago and am still in the viscous cycle. please stop now get a nutritionist and a personal trainer and do it the right way. i have both as well as a therapist- it isnt something you nee to take lightly. God Bless.

thats going to make you fater because when you start eating normally again your metabolism is still slowed down and your body will store anything it can as fat because it thinks your dying. its true look it up, your body will do whatever it can to survive and if that means running off 300 calories a day from bodyfat and storing everything you eat it will.

Seriously needed? Nobody needs to starve themselves, sweetie. You need to seriously think about a sensible diet and exercise program so you will look good. You don't want to be thin just to be thin! You want to look healthy, right? So get into a program of eating nothing but foods that are good for you and stop starving your poor, growing body. It's not fair to your body to deprive it of nutrition. You would never get in a car and expect to drive it without fuel -- if you were old enough to drive that is -- would you? You owe it to your friends and family to take care of yourself.

If you swim every day, you will lose fat, so join the YMCA and swim yourself into a gorgeous figure!

geeez, you dont need to go on a starvation diet to lose weight, just change your eatinhg habits and things will be ok.. If you keep starving yourself, you will be putting yourself in danger.
