In need of diet & exercise tips PLEASE?!


Question: I need to lose some weight in about a month. How much do you think I can lose? I only really need to lose about 5 lbs but I'd like to lose a little more and get a bit stronger so if you have any tips please let me know.

Balance your workouts with 3 days of cardio for about 30 min and 3 days of weight training. Eat about 6 small meals a day with most of your carb intake in the 1st three meals. Take in 1 gram of protein for each pound of body weight daily. You should shed those 5 pounds, lean up, be stronger and feel great!!!

Lift weights and do cardio, or combine them in circuits to keep the heart rate elevated while building lean muscle.
Also, make sure you are eating in a calorie range that is recommended for your height/weight and your goals. Overdoing it or undereating will make it hard to lose weight.
