Weekly workout?!


Question: I get confused about how to workout.. yea im dumb i guess.
do i workout after i eat or something..i dont get the whole workout thing.

first of all, you're not dumb! not everyone is educated with fitness and health.
anyways, back to your question.
workout before you eat, definately, or else you won't be able to go as hard and as long.
try to aim for 3 hours of cardio (running, swimming, biking) a week. and then find a strength program, and do that about 3 days a week. and you should be good to go!
or you could hit two birds with one stone, and buy a workout video, like Rock Your Body, and you can strengthen and tone all at once! just make sure to do it like 4-6 days a week if that's all your doing.

workout each muscle once per week.. chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders, legs, back... abs every other day.. and cardio 3 a week..

do higher reps of 12 - 14... 3 or 4 different exercises per muscle. at 4 sets per exercise..

weight training sessions should last 45 - 60 mins...

you wil get nice and toned doing this...

take taekwondo! it's a great workout plus it teaches self-defense
