I do not fully agree with whay B said. The calorie intake is low considering each serving is 50 calories. If you drink a whole bottle, it will all add up though. However, I am not sure what the amount of sugar is. I read in a health magazine that if you stop drinking Vitamin Water, you can lose quite a bit in a month (that goes for if you are on a diet). I do not remember why though. Something about consuming calories through drinks. Water and milk are the best for you. I do not think that drinking it once in a while is bad. It is probably one of the healthiest drinks out there (compared to soda and drinks like Red Bull). So do not drink excessive amounts each day. To have one every other day or every other 2 days is probably just fine. I actually used to drink it a lot and when I stopped, I did notice that I felt lighter (I had one each day). I switched to drinking water instead. B is right in the sense that there are plenty of other drinks out there that are in fact better than Vitamin Water. Hope I helped! :) ?

Having too much of anything isn't good for you.

just drink it in moderation like anything else. i love it myself. peace!

Good question! It's not good for you, no. It does contain a good amount of vitamins which can help replenish after a workout, however the sugar and calorie content is ridiculously high. If you want a recovery beverage, stick with propel of low calorie drink like G2 by Gatorade. Powerade also makes recovery gels. I believe GNC carries them. Hope this helped!

it is really good for you it gives you vitamins

It is really good for you because it gives you lots of vitamins
