Did Weight Watchers work for you?!
Question: I've been on WW for about a month now, and as of about 10 minutes ago, I've lost 7 pounds. That may not seem like much, but I had been gaining weight before that. I think what motivates me the most is the fact that A) I have to weigh in, and I want my weight to decrease (obviously) and B) I am trainign for a century and want to be in better shape when I cross the finish line. So what have been your experiences with Weight Watchers?

I love WW! I had 30 pounds to lose after having my son. I tried every diet in the book. For two years I tried and nothing worked. Then my friend turned me on to WW and I now have 7 pounds to reach my goal weight of 117 pounds. I love it. I feel so much better! I do the points system and it's so easy. I can have 20 points a day and you can even have 35 xtra points per week to use on anything. I consistantly lose 2 pounds a week. I just exercise about 5 to 6times a week and count points. It's easy!
my ex lost over 50lbs at WW
Everyone I know who has used WW has had excellent results!!
I think because if you cheat during the week... you have to live with it at the end of the week on the scales!
What I really like about it they are all about healthy eating. Not a diet... as much as a lifestyle change. You can easily continue it long after you've finished with them!
WW is a fantastic program!!
Congrats on the 7 pounds!! That's awesome!!
I love Weight Watchers. It has helped me change the way I eat. (and I lost 25 pounds)
