What foods have the fewest calories for the largest mass?!

Like when I need a snack and need to put somthing in my tummy but don't want harm a diet.

High fiber foods like whole grain crackers (5 crackers is good) with part skim string cheese, whole grain cereals(think cheerios-throw in some fresh berries-don't buy the kind with fruit inside)with skim milk, whole wheat english muffin pizzas(made with part skim mozz-light sauce), lowfat or nonfat yogurt, lowfat or nonfat cottage cheese mixed with fruit, canned tuna made with either fat free mayo or canola mayo( tastes better than fat free) on 100% whole grain bread.

No calories in dust - have as much as you like.

Carrots turn in to sugar in your blood stream. Now Egg whites and chicken they are the best good amounts of protein and you can eat alot.
