The first one is the measurement around the bust, and the cup size (A is small, B is medium, C is medium to large, D is getting pretty big!). The bigger the cup size is means that there is more breast than just fat on the back/sides. The second is waist measurement, 25 is pretty small! And the final one is around the widest part of the hips. The measurements you gave would be for an in-shape person!

i think it is a measurement of a woman's body (in inches).
35-1/2 inches for the bust . C means cup size C.
25 inches is the waistline
36-1/2 inches is the hip measurement
