follow a practical diet. have a snack every three hours. fruit or soy nuts. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein. pick a exercise regime you like. but lose only 1 kilo a week. that is the permanent way of losing. have flaxseed oil.

RUN AND EAT VEGGIES

buy healthy.

kill fast food stores.

do exersize.

and be strong willed.

BRAINWASH yourself to think that when your being lazy, that you feel bad, and when your doing exersize, that it feels good, even if it doesn't.

after a while you will think exersize is the bomb.

Use lean meat only. Prepare all foods without oil or mayonnaise. Both lemon and vinegar should be used on salads. First of all, it's not only fat; then, not all fats are bad for you, some may be vital! OK - no beer, no sodas with lots of sugar or artificial sweeteners in them (plain water, preferably still water, instead), very little or, better still, no chocolate, candy bars, etc, and NO junk food! If you have the choice, prefer whole-grain bread to the white stuff, avoid french fries completely, reduce your meat consumption - fish, especially sea fish, is a good, healthy alternative. Eat fruit and vegetables and anything that's rich in fiber, and, when it comes to fats, try olive oil and DO eat all kinds of seeds and nuts (REAL nuts, not peanuts, which are, in fact, legumes). 8 kilos in three months sounds realistic enough, even without too much work-out; still, you might like to consider walking instead of taking the car or bus, taking the stairs instead of the elevator etc. - GOOD LUCK!
