How did u lose weight?!

excercised and ate the right foods,

i got really sick, ended up in hospital for a week, then when i got home i was 5 kilos lighter. however i do not recommend this technique......

RUN AND EAT VEGGIES

Ive lost around 100 pounds but i gained 20 more so now totat of 80. but im tryin to lose 30 pounds more and its going to be it

1500 cals a day, gym cardio 1hour 3-4 times a week,change your workout routine every 3-4 weeks, if your a easy person to fall off the wagon no chocolate no sodas, and if your disciplined like me i still eat chocolate practically everyday but very little, i rather do that then not eat them at all for a week and then binge!

dont call it a diet, to me it sounds like smtg you do until you reached your goal and go back to what you used to eat before.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc
