How do I motivate myself to go to the gym?!

Hmmm I have the same problem. Suggestions given to me by weight watchers leader was to make a timetable, prepare gym clothes the day before and put them in your car, or by the door.
Book a session with a personal trainer to push you harder and then if it costs it hurts to not go in the wallet.
Set yourself rewards.. like if you go 3 times a week, you can have latte at as cafe.
Just don't trick yourself with excuses.
Look into the mirror
Writing down some goals with specific timeframes help to keep you accountable. If you can get in the groove of going the momentum alone will keep you there. Tell yourself that you'll be consistant for 3 weeks...after that set some new goals and keep going from there. Hope this helps:)

I think you've got to really want to go and be determined to get toned or whatever...
I just kept thinking about how proud i would be to get into shape and toned more :)
& now i'm happy :)

Push yourself to go...get it in your head that something bad will happen otherwise. Then the more you go the easier it gets...i made myself get pretty much addicted to it (and the feeling i get when i leave after my workout) so that Id go and it works!
do what i do . hold a sexy pic of someone's body that looks like urs or urs would like them when u lose weight
What motivated me was the amount of money I was wasting if I didnt go! Then when the weight dropped off & I was looking fabulous motivated me moreso!
It helps it you have a gym buddy as well.
I would think having shelled out the money would be enough initiative to start going...why would you pay for it if you knew you were hesitant about going in the first place?
