You are at a normal weight! Congrats on lossing 70lbs! That is a big accomplishment! If you want to see maximum weight loss (at a healthy level), I would recommend getting rid of the sugar. Pop tarts have a lot of excess sugar and calories that are not benifiting your sucess. I would steer away from those and substitue in fruits veggies, and whole grains. Cereals with sugar are also not great. Try multi grain cherioos, honey bunches of oats, or something with less sugar. Good luck!

I doubt it--but its not very healthy!

pop tarts contain alot of sugar and if you eat alot of them, then yes, you can get fat from them.

Step away from the poptarts and sugary cereals. Now.

Ok, eat healthy! You know that don't you? Did you lose weight by eating that stuff? No, that's probably how you gained it. Eat cereals that are lower in sugar and higher in vitamins and other nutrients. And for lunch... eat something healthy, you need plenty of protein and calcium, not sugar and calories.

Eating just that is horrifically bad for you. All you're eating is sugar and fat there. You will lose muscle due to malnutrition and replace it with fat.

Try to eat a more balanced diet including fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals, fruit and veg.

You might as well just eat right out of the sugar bowl? Want a spoon?

If you are eating healthily aswell as this then i would say no, you won't just get fat eating pop tarts. Just make sure you eat a balanced diet and have pop tarts on the ocassion, not every meal time. They aren't the healthiest thing in the world but eating those alone won't make you fat.

Not a good meal plan, my friend. Are you eating that in addition to other food?

Pop tarts do not provide good nutrition, only calories.

Pop tarts. Yuck.
