Am I eating too much?!


Question: I'm 13 and for dinner my family cooks alot, my dad is a chef. For dinner i eat rather large bowl of soup and then I feel hungry few hours later. When i sit i can see my fat =(
I tyr not to eat alot of suger and i eat alot of broccoli becuase i like it. but i seem to get fatter and fatter.

No way, well believe it or not, when i was like 13 i could eat a whole large pizza to myself!! but i'm 16 and i weigh about 117lbs now, but i could eat alot and not gain a pound. Its catching up to me now. My advise is too eat only to when you are at a comfortable full. and when you are hungry later just watch some TV to keep your mind off of food, or if you are really hungry just grab a gronola bar =)

you could just be getting bloated from all the fiber try gas pills and see if your belly goes down

try exercising and stop eating to mush sugar it makes you fat but thats not all it is also bad for your health and start having a balance diet and all that you said about your self means your fat=)

hehe well i guess 13 is a growing age so maybe thats why your eating alot

broccoli is reli gud 4 u and 2 hear that a 13 yr old likes it is suprising so dnt stop eating it.
i think all u reli need is sum excerise.
if u feel ur getting over weight try getting into sum sport or just getting active in your own time.Im sure ull enjoy it and dnt stop eating ur veggies.

eat as much as u want because u live one life!

um, im 13 and im a girl... not too fat but with a little fat... i eat a lot i guess... but sometimes i dont eat at all.. and sometimes i feel a bit of pain in my tummy before eating...

try to work out... diet is i guess bad for our age, too young. but regular exercise is good!!! i do dancing and taekwondo.....
