Answers: how much weight should i be trying to lose in order to be healthy?

at 5'8 you should be around 135-145lbs. However I have seen some ladies who are perfectly healthy around 160-170.

50-60lbs

I don't know your age.. ?

And just because you way more than expected doesn't mean you aren't healthy. I mean if you eat right and excersize regularly, than I take that as healthy.

where is the weight your a$$, head or breast

80 pounds if you are a girl

Around 50 lb

to calculate your ideal weight you take 100 lbs for 5 feet and then 5 lbs for every inch over that, so your ideal weight would be 140 lbs. that being said, "healthy" would be considered 20-30 lbs over or under that. best of luck to you.

okkk

You want to have a body mass index of less than 25% (meaning that less than 25% of your body weight is fat storage.) At 5 feet 8 inches tall the average person should weigh around 164 to have a BMI of 24.9.

This is affected by muscle mass though because muscles weigh more than fat and are healthier too. So if you have a lot of muscles you may want to get an electric test done, I'm not sure how they work but they are very easy and pain free.

Here is a link to calculate your body mass index.

Your ideal weight is around 140 pounds.
