Easy, Quick Bodybuilding Recipes for College Student?!

Question: I'm looking for a good site that has easy, preferably no-bake HEALTHY recipes. I lift weight 3x per week and play soccer in college. So I burn alot of calories and am not at home to make meals. I'm looking to make healthy stuff that I can take on the go so as to gain weight/keep my weight up. Does anyone know of any good sites or recipes?

Whole wheat turkey sandwich with avocados (healthy fat!), cucumbers, etc. Go to the health food section and look for Kashi GoLean protein powder. You can mix it with water or milk for chocolate milk taste that packs a whole bunch of vitamins, protein, and fiber (good for after a workout of mid-day snack if you are trying to gain). Try a cold pasta salad made with olive-oil based salad dressing (try Newman's Own Olive & Vinegar), black (or other favorite beans), finely chopped broccoli, and whole wheat pasta (just boil the pasta, drain, add drained beans, dressing, and broccoli - salt and pepper to taste - load into several ziplock containers and grab one for lunch).

cans of tuna, bread, D milk to drink. Take a suppliment with the milk to wash it down. Gaining weight, stop by Dary Queen.
